SKY is the governance token for HorizonDAO, and holders of SKY have the power to govern the platform. As a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), HorizonDAO relies on SKY token holders to guide the project's direction and development.

Governance: SKY tokens can be locked to propose or vote on improvement proposals for the platform.

Access: SKY can be staked to provide holders with access to participate in IROs. This allows SKY holders to participate in tokenized real estate investment opportunities on the Horizon DAO platform.

Passive Yield: SKY can be staked to earn token and revenue distribution rewards, providing passive income opportunities for holders while retaining their SKY tokens.

Real Estate Ownership: Some real estate listed on the Horizon DAO platform is owned by the DAO itself. Holding SKY tokens is a simple way for investors to gain broad and diversified exposure to real estate on-chain.
